Rich and fruity, with hints of figs and cherries preserved in alcohol.

Pleasantly sweet, full bodied, and well-balanced, with notes of cherry and plum preserves. Made by the same process as Amarone, with less fermentation time, resulting in more sweetness.

Ideal with seasoned cheeses and all sweets and desserts.
