Coda di Volpe

Nose
Fruity, delicate floral aromas of quince, pear, lemon peel, mineral, and chamomile flower.
Tasting Notes
Medium bodied, fresh, balanced. A persistent and savory wine. It initially enters with a floral hint, but then the minerality persists in the sapidity. Coda di Volpe means “tail of a fox” and describes the shape of the grape clusters of this varietal. Ages well in the bottle.
