Nose

Fresh aromas of pear, lime, white peach, and sage.

Tasting Notes

The term “Rive” specifies a region with the steepest slopes of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area where the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. The Prosecco Superiore Rive is a pale, straw yellow in color and presents a soft mouthfeel that gives way to fine and persistent perlage. The crisp bubbles are fresh and savory with notes of ripe pear and mint. The finish is floral and balsamic. Produced in the Charmat Method with 6g residual sugar.

Pairing

Aperitif, shellfish, seafood, fresh or creamy cheeses, and vegetable risotto.
